- How do I Register to the course?
Answer: Registration is available on our website. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Click the “Course/Brouse Course” button in the top right corner and in the middle of ‘Home Page” and once you add the course to Your cart.
2. Select “View Cart.”
3. Check the number of courses selected by you.
4. Then click “Proceed to Checkout”.
5. After filling up all the credentials required, Choose your payment method.
6. Once paid successfully, you will get confirmation message immediately at the Gmail you entered while creating your account.
7. After successful registration your course will be activated within few hours.
Note: You will be asked for basic contact information and your credit card payment. We require full payment at the time of registration and all tuition is billed in INR.
· Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend my online course?
In order to be granted a refund, you must cancel your registration by sending an e-mail to Thescholarsakademy@gmail.com/
e-learning@thescholarsakademy.com for online courses are only given under the following circumstances:
1. The student/user did not access any portion of the online course and the student/user requests a refund, in writing via email within three business days from the date of the registration (email notification sent). There will be no refunds for any online courses (or curricula) once a course has been accessed in any manner.
2. In other words, student can cancel a course within 3 working days, provided that you have not accessed the course material yet. If the course material is accessed in any manner either accessing videos, Audios or PDF, it will be considered as deemed to be used the content.
3. A refund will be issued less the materials fee for the course which is 50%.
4. All shipped course materials such as; (books, study guides, CDs, Pen drives, Self-Study Kits, Videos, etc.) are returned, unopened/unused at your own expense if you accept delivery of the package. There are no refunds for e-books.
5. Additional restocking and shipping costs shall apply to returned books.
Refund Policy: in case of enrolment in wrong course.
All our courses are designed in such a way that there is minimal overlap, and a clear description of course content is provided on the course website and course flyers. However, in the unlikely event that you feel that you have enrolled in wrong/in a different online course than you intended to, you can then request to shift/Change the course via email , provided that the content of the course is not accessed in any manner.
by 5:00 pm (your local time) 5 full business days before the course’s start date. Please note we are unable to reimburse for any currency conversion fees charged by your credit-card issuer.
Q. Are there prerequisites or language requirements?
Answer:
There are no prerequisites. Our courses are open to students of all backgrounds or of any age.
Whole course is conducted bilingual in Hindi & in English. Video lectures include English subtitles and the option to slow-down, pause, or replay lectures for better retention.
Q. What should I do if I need to start the course late?
Answer:
It is recommended that you begin your course promptly. However, If you do need to start the course a few days late, then need not to worry as there is no time limit on this course.

Answer: Once you are registered to the course. You’ll get the confirmation mail. After that you can access your course in your personal dashboard on the top and right corner of the home page.

Q. Do I need to buy textbooks?
A.
All the materials you are required to access are included with your course. Instructors may provide recommended and suggested texts for further exploration.
